As licensed customs brokers, we have to prepare and administer special documents to clear detained shipments. Some benefits include:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1974\" data-end=\"2276\">\n<li data-start=\"1974\" data-end=\"2050\">Reducing the possibility of being detained (if it is below <strong data-start=\"2036\" data-end=\"2046\">US$100<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2142\">If detained, it speeds up the process of getting the documents prepared for clearance.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2143\" data-end=\"2276\">It helps you (the customer) and the company account for all packages you should receive and assists in resolving any hindrances.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-accordion data-accordion data-single data-transition=\"400\" data-easing=\"ease\" class=\"ut-accordion-module-item \"><h3 data-control class=\"ut-accordion-module-heading\" data-counter=\"11\">What does F.O.B mean?<\/h3><div data-content class=\"ut-accordion-module-content\"><div class=\"ut-accordion-module-inner entry-content clearfix\"><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2721\">FOB Shipping Point means that the seller transfers ownership of the goods at the point of origin when the items leave the seller\u2019s warehouse. Under FOB Shipping Point, the seller records the sale as soon as the goods leave their premises. The buyer then owns the products as soon as they leave the warehouse and must pay any delivery and customs fees. The buyer is also responsible for any damage, loss, or theft.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-accordion data-accordion data-single data-transition=\"400\" data-easing=\"ease\" class=\"ut-accordion-module-item \"><h3 data-control class=\"ut-accordion-module-heading\" data-counter=\"12\">Why should I pay processing and handling fees?<\/h3><div data-content class=\"ut-accordion-module-content\"><div class=\"ut-accordion-module-inner entry-content clearfix\"><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2723\" data-end=\"2969\">The base fee only covers shipping and transportation to the island.
