Shipping Rates
Our rates are selective to ensure that we are able to serve our customers effectively, while having affordability. Our rates are billed in JMD to encourage an easy flow of transactions. The rates for each package are charged per pound and are subjected to change due to the dynamics in the USD paid to cover the services in receiving shipments from overseas.
Duties and Taxes (Jamaica Customs Agency)
All our customers are expected to provide their invoice(s) to ensure a smooth clearance of their shipment. Any shipment/packages having the invoice total of $50USD is subjected to pay duties and taxes. Personal imports with a FOB (free on Board) value of US$50 or less will not be subject to import charges. Goods imported for commercial use will be subject to import charge, regardless of the FOB value. LTN Express, as a licensed customs broker will charge a brokerage fee to cover the administrative expenses to provide this service.

Storage
Packages held in our offices for more than 4 weeks after being notified will be charged a storage fee of $50JMD per day. These fees will not be deducted or waived.
Shipment Delivery
After you’ve received your delivery notification from you supplier, we will send an update to your email with 24-48 hours that the Florida warehouse is in receipt of your shipment. If you have not received a notification, immediately contact us and your supplier. We receive two flights per week: Sundays and Thursdays; all shipments are collect the next day or as soon as they available during opening hours by the airport. Thereafter, you will receive a notification when your package(s) is/are available for pickup at your branch of choice.
Delivered Packages
Packages are delivered to the warehouse in batches. Therefore, there is no opportunity for us to refuse the delivery of any single package. Packages are not opened upon delivery. This means that fragile items are shipped at your own risk, and it is the User’s responsibility to notify us of any repackaging needs and if fragile items have been purchased.
You will also need to implore your supplier to label the shipment with “fragile” and properly pack the shipment.

Delinquencies
- If a customer fails to use the correct shipping address, they will have to contact their supplier immediately, as LTN Express will not be responsible.
- At LTN Express, we aim to deliver with the request and trust from our customers to provide the best. If we attempt to make any deliver request, there will be a re-attempt
charge. - If shoppers have not signed up and are not in our database, their shipment will be in unknowns. Unknown shipments will to our warehouse without any identification, they will be returned to the sender before leaving the U.S.
- Customers who have not signed up or claimed an unknown shipment arrived in Jamaica within 14 days; the item/s will be auctioned.
Auction
Any package in our offices for more than four (4) months after customer being notified will be auctioned.
Freight Charges/Fees for Small Courier Goods: 0-100lbs
If a package arrives at the Florida warehouse or Jamaica with damages or defects, the
shopper is responsible for resolving by requesting a replacement from the Vendor. Our export services are for shipments within Jamaica to be sent abroad, therefore, if a customer does not want their shipment or request return, we will not be responsible.
Freight: $650 (only for the weight of the shipment)
Handling: $220 (this is for packing and preparing shipment for flights)
Processing: $180 (This is includes truckage and transfer of shipment from the
airport to prepare and process for the customer’s pick-up)
Administrative Fee: $2,500 (All Detained Shipment)
Re-Attempt Brokerage Fee: $1,000 (Customers who sent false or incorrect invoice/s)Storage Fees: $100 per/day after 1 month (Non-negotiable)
Each Pound increases by $340 JMD
Non-Customer Fee: $150 (customers who have not signed up)
